There is no logical reason to run, walk or slog for 13 miles. Why did I sign up to do 13 in 78 days this spring? So that I can receive 3 more planets in a mythical universe called halffanatics.com

And now that I accomplished that goal, I signed up to do 28 in six months to get to Mercury, or eight moons. And since I accomplished that, I'm working on 52 in a year to reach the sun!. When will the madness end!!??

It appears the madness hasn't ended. On November 13th in Valparaiso Indiana I completed half-marathon number 52 in 35 weeks! But I still did one last week and now in Schaumburg Il for another tomorrow. Next weekend I'll be doing the OUC half in Orlando, probably definitely maybe my last half for the year. Since I maxed out with 10 moons in halffanatics.com, what else is there to do?

Except the Otter Creek Marathon on December 17th in Kentucky, the hardest trail marathon I've ever done before. Hmmm, wonder if I could qualify for Marathon Maniacs?
